In a special address at the India-China Dialogue, National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Ram Madhav said that India and China have progressed a lot in areas like bilateral trade, commerce, industry. “The bilateral trade between the two countries has risen to $ 70 billion. we now have to take it to the next level,” Ram Madhav said.
“We have entered into peace and tranquillity agreement for 20 years. We have to ensure peace is restored on borders. Together we should prosper, have better understanding and have cooperation where its possible,” he added
Ahead of the PM’s visit to China, Madhav said, “XI Jinping’s visit to India last year and Modi’s visit this year will strengthen relations between the two countries.”
